RETURN POLICY

A Cleansed Closet accepts domestic returns within 14 days of purchase date, with the exception or handbags and jewelry. All items must be in the condition received with tags attached. In compliance of eBay's return policy, items returned without tags attached or not in the condition received will be subject to a deduction of up to 50% from the refund to recover the lost value of the item.

Handbags and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

To initiate your return:

Go to My Ebay > Purchase History

Select Return this item from the menu on the right.

Select your reason for the return and enter a comment about why youre returning it.

Select Confirm return.

Buyer pays return shipping. Please allow two business days to process your return. Once we receive your return, a refund minus shipping costs will be processed within two days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestically with USPS Priority Mail and First Class. Should you need it sooner or prefer another carrier please reach out before purchasing so we can add the desired shipping option. This cannot be done after the purchase has been made.

For items over $400 additional insurance and signature required will be included in the shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use eBay International Shipping. International orders will be sent to eBay's domestic shipping hub and eBay will manage the international shipping and customs process from there.
